Shipping Policy
How Will My Order Ship?
When shipping your order, we will use one of two
different shipping methods: Ground Shipping or Back
of Truck (LTL). White Glove shipping services are
available, also. Please note that there may be price
differences if you choose to upgrade a shipping
service.
SoManyTVStands.com is a drop-ship company, and as
such different items you purchase may be shipped
from different locations. Your items may arrive on
different days and with different shipping methods
if you purchase items from multiple brands or if you
place more than one order at once.

Ground Shipping
Smaller products will be shipped with regular ground
shipping (generally USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL). The
average transit time is between 1-7 business days
(not including pre-ship time) for any destination in
the contiguous United States. Delivery times will
depend on the local delivery schedule of the
carrier, and it may not be possible to make an
appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available
Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm. A signature is not
typically required: if the customer is not at home
to accept delivery, the product will be left if it
is safe to do so. If a signature is required the
product will not be left at the address. Please note
that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.
If the shipping address is a business address,
delivery will be attempted only during normal
business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not
be left without a signature on file.
Please note that if you purchase multiple Ground
Shipping items, they may be shipped via Truck
Freight instead at the discretion of the
manufacturer.
Delivery to a business address
For ground shipments (USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL),
delivery to a business address will be carried out
during normal business hours Monday to Friday only.
A signature will be requested on delivery. The
carrier is not required to match the signature to
the name on the package.
Truck Freight
If the product that you are purchasing is a larger
item, it will be shipped via truck freight,
sometimes called 'back of truck'. Truck freight
shipments usually take between 1-7 business days in
transit to arrive (excluding pre-ship time).
The shipping company will call you in advance to
schedule a delivery appointment window. In general,
you must be at home to receive the order. Please
note that if you are not available for a delivery
appointment or the carrier cannot contact you, the
order will be held for you for several days. There
may be a charge for this service. After this time,
the order will be returned to the manufacturer for
credit under our Return Policy.
After the product is delivered to the shipping
address, it is the customer's responsibility to
unload it from the back of the truck. If the item is
very heavy please ensure that you have assistance to
remove it from the delivery truck. For an additional
fee, the carrier can use a liftgate to remove the
items from the truck for you. Inside delivery across
the threshold of your home may also be available at
an extra charge. Some truck freight companies can
provide assembly of the items for an additional fee.

Truck Freight - Inside Delivery
After the product is delivered to the shipping
address, the carrier will bring the items to the
threshold of your home. Please note that extra
charges may apply if there are steps to the
threshold. Some truck freight companies can provide
assembly of the items for an additional fee. Please
contact us before placing your order for more
information on this service. Please note that
deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.
Damage
We understand that once you have placed an order
with us, you want to receive it as quickly as
possible and intact. Our manufacturers’ products are
carefully packaged to withstand the journey from the
warehouse to your home: many products are
double-boxed and/or packed in cushioning materials
to give them additional protection. In the unlikely
event that your order does not reach you in optimum
condition, please notify SoManyTVStands.com
immediately if a product is damaged or has missing
parts and we will assist you. If you would rather
not accept replacements, you may still return the
item for credit under our Standard Return Policy.
If your item is incorrect or defective, the
manufacturer will usually ship a new product free of
charge. Please note that it is very important in
these cases to accept the items, as pictures will
usually be required by the manufacturer to verify
the problem with the item.
For damaged orders shipped by Truck Freight, please
follow the procedure outlined below:
Thoroughly inspect the package and its contents
prior to signing for delivery. Please keep in mind
that while the outside packaging might appear
damaged, the cushioning materials inside the
container might have successfully protected the
actual contents of your package and be perfectly
intact. Do not refuse the order based only on an
external inspection of the packaging. If the damage
is not noted on the shipping documents the
manufacturer may not be able to supply you with free
replacements. If you do not have time to inspect the
item or the carrier will not allow you to inspect,
write ‘RECEIVED – NOT INSPECTED’ on your delivery
receipt, and inspect the items as soon as possible.
Please note that if your order is refused, it will
generally be viewed as a return and credit will be
issued under our return policy.
Even if the package appears only slightly damaged,
it is very important to any claim you might need to
make that you write “PACKAGE DAMAGED” on the sheet
you will be asked to sign at the time of delivery. A
scratch on the box could mean a scratch on your
products, and we want to help you fix that as
quickly and simply as possible. Should any issues
arise later on, the more documentation available,
the easier it will be for SoManyTVStands.com to
resolve any of your concerns.
For orders shipped by any other method including
USPS, FedEx and UPS, which might not require a
customer’s signature, if parts are found missing or
damaged after packages have been accepted, contact
SoManyTVStands.com immediately to fill out and
submit a replacement parts form.
When placing a replacement request, speed is of the
utmost importance as most carriers only allow 48
business hours from the time of delivery for parties
to file freight claims. Please contact us within 48
hours to report any damage, defect, loss or shortage
of items on your order. Please note that the
manufacturer may be unable to supply replacements if
too much time has elapsed between deliveries and
reporting the damage to SoManyTVStands.
